Executive Summary: Hoi An (Vietnam) is at its prime during Feb–Apr. Characterized by old-world romance, sun & slow, it ranks #51 on the Luxe score and is best suited for the two of us and with the kids and just me planning a a long weekend or about a week journey.

The feeling

A beautifully preserved trading port of yellow shophouses and silk lanterns, with beaches a bike ride away. Spring is dry and warm; autumn brings the rains.
